Removal [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2021 - ]

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING D 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING C 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  4. REMOVE BRAKE TUBE HEAT INSULATOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  5. REMOVE FRAME UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY LH

  6. REMOVE FRAME UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY RH

  7. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

      1. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
      2. Detach the wire harness clamp.
      3. Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the converter with catalyst assembly LH.
        • SST: 09224-00012 
  8. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

      1. Disconnect the No. 2 air fuel ratio sensor connector.
      2. Detach the 4 wire harness clamps.
      3. Using SST, remove the No. 2 air fuel ratio sensor from the converter with catalyst assembly RH.
        • SST: 09224-00012 
  9. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

      1. Disconnect the No. 3 air fuel ratio sensor connector.
      2. Detach the 3 wire harness clamps.
      3. Using SST, remove the No. 3 air fuel ratio sensor from the converter with catalyst assembly LH.

  10. REMOVE NO. 4 AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

      1. Disconnect the No. 4 air fuel ratio sensor connector.
      2. Detach the 2 wire harness clamps.
      3. Using SST, remove the No. 4 air fuel ratio sensor from the converter with catalyst assembly RH.
