Removal [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2021 - ]
  2. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL (WITH SENSOR) ROD ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:
    • Avoid excessive force to the accelerator pedal (with sensor) rod assembly.
    • Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal (with sensor) rod assembly.
    • This accelerator pedal (with sensor) rod assembly does not require lubrication.

      Do not apply oil or lubricant to the accelerator pedal (with sensor) rod assembly.

      If applied, the accelerator pedal (with sensor) rod assembly must be replaced.
