NO KICKDOWN DETECTION CONDITIONS AND POSSIBLE CAUSES (FW6A-EL)

TROUBLESHOOTING ITEM  No kickdown 
DESCRIPTION 
  • Does not downshift when accelerator pedal is fully depressed within kickdown range.
POSSIBLE CAUSE 
  1. Signal malfunction
    • APP sensor malfunction
CAUTION:
  • Verify the malfunction symptom according to not only the PID value but also the symptom troubleshooting.
