System Operation
The fuel shut-off system operates when engine runs at higher than 2000 RPM (1800 RPM on Pickup) and the throttle valve is closed. These conditions are detected by the engine revolution switch and the throttle valve switch, respectively. Also on Pickups and Federal Pulsar and Sentra, coolant temperature conditions must be met.
