Fuel Injection System - Diesel: Testing: Injectors: Installation

1. Clean nozzle holder mounting area of cylinder head. Fit a new nozzle gasket to the nozzle before mounting in head. See Fig 1 .
2. Install injector nozzle to cylinder head and tighten to 43-51 ft. lbs. (59-69 N.m). Reverse removal procedure for installation of injection pipes.
