Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) & Idle Switch

Throttle position sensor and idle switch are a combined assembly located on side of throttle body. See ADJUSTMENTS article for adjustment procedures. Check sensor voltage values against values in THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR VOLTAGE TEST table. Replace sensor if values are not as specified in table.
