Fuel Rails & Injectors: Installation

Clean injector exterior. Install NEW "O" rings on injectors and install injectors. Install fuel rail assembly. Tighten fuel rail bolts in sequence to specification. See Fig 1 . See the TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Pressurize fuel system and check for fuel leaks.
