Detonation (Knock) Retard

Faults in knock sensor (detonation retard) circuit may set Code 34 or DTC P0325. To test system, see CODE 34 or DTC P0325 diagnostic procedures in the TESTS W/CODES article. To test knock (detonation) sensor, see ENGINE SENSORS & SWITCHES.
