Fuel Rails & Injectors: Installation

Clean injector exterior. Install NEW "O" rings on injectors and install injectors. Install fuel rail assembly. Tighten fuel rail bolts evenly in steps to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten Intake manifold collector bolts to specification in sequence. See Fig 1 . Pressurize fuel system and check for fuel leaks.
