Check Throttle Position (TP) sensor adjustment and circuit.
Check fuel injectors.

Check timing belt (if equipped).
Check for intake air leaks.
Check Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system.

Check Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor circuit.
Check front Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) circuit.
Check vehicle speed sensor circuit.
Check power steering oil pressure switch circuit.
Check engine mechanical condition.
Check main power supply and ground circuits.
