NOTE: Before performing diagnostic procedure, follow testing procedure. See TESTING PROCEDURE  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
NOTE: When DTC P0115 is set, ECM will enter fail-safe mode and cooling fan will operate continually when engine is running.
