Probable Cause

Malfunction is detected when the maximum and minimum voltage from the sensor are not reached to the specified voltages. Possible causes are:

• Defective front HO2S.
• Defective front HO2S heater.
• Fuel pressure incorrect.
• Defective injectors.
• Intake air leaks.
