Removal And Installation: Installation

Install in the reverse order of removal.

When installing the transfer to the transmission, install the mounting bolts following the standard below.
1. Bolt length : 45 mm (1.77 in)
2. Tightening torque
3. : 36 N.m (3.7 kg-m, 26 ft-lb)
After the installation, check 4WD shift indicator pattern. If NG, adjust position between transfer assembly and transfer control unit. Refer to PRECAUTIONS FOR TRANSFER ASSEMBLY AND TRANSFER CONTROL UNIT REPLACEMENT .
And check the fluid level and for fluid leakage.
