Is engine running?

Yes or No

Yes (With CONSULT-II): GO TO 2.
Yes (Without CONSULT-II): GO TO 3. CHECK OVERALL FUNCTION .
No: GO TO 4. CHECK IGNITION COIL POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT-I .
