6. Check Start Signal Input Signal Circuit For Open And Short

- Reconnect 10A fuse.
- Disconnect ECM harness connector.
- Disconnect ignition switch harness connector.
- Check harness continuity between ECM terminal 59 and ignition switch terminal 5. Refer to WIRING DIAGRAM .
Continuity should exist.
- Also check harness for short to ground and short to power.
OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 8. CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .
- NG: GO TO 7.
