With CONSULT-II

Turn ignition switch ON.
Check "START SIGNAL" in "DATA MONITOR" mode with CONSULT-II under the following conditions.

OK or NG

OK: INSPECTION END
NG: GO TO 4. CHECK STARTING SYSTEM .
