Fail-Safe Mode

When malfunction "A" is detected, ECM will enter fail-safe mode. ECM stops the electric throttle control actuator control, throttle valve is maintained at a fixed opening (approximately 5°) by the return spring. Also, ECM deactivates cruise control operation.
