7. Detect Malfunctioning Part

Harness connectors E33, F33
Fuse, fusible link and relay block (J/B) connector E3
10A fuse
Harness continuity between fuse and VIAS control solenoid valve
: Repair open circuit or short to ground or short to power in harness or connectors.
