With CONSULT-II

Turn ignition switch ON.
Perform "FUEL PRESSURE RELEASE" in "WORK SUPPORT" mode with CONSULT-II.
Start engine.
After engine stalls, crank it 2 or 3 times to release all fuel pressure.
Turn ignition switch OFF.
