Disassembly and Assembly of Caliper Assembly: Disassembly

Remove caliper assembly. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF CALIPER ASSEMBLY AND DISC ROTOR ".
Remove cylinder body from torque member, then sliding pin boots from torque member.
Place a wooden block as shown in illustration, and blow air from union bolt mounting hole to remove pistons and piston boots.
WARNING: Do not get your fingers caught in the piston.

Remove the piston seal from the cylinder body using a suitable tool.
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage cylinder inner wall.
