RGB Screen Is Not Shown

HARNESS CHECK
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect AV and NAVI control unit connector and Display connector.
3. Check continuity between AV and NAVI control unit harness connector B30 terminal 12(B) and Display harness connector M82 terminal 8 (B).
  1. Continuity should exist.
4. Check continuity between AV and NAVI control unit harness connector B30 terminal 13 (W) and Display harness connector M82 terminal 5 (W).
  1. Continuity should exist.
5. Check continuity between AV and NAVI control unit harness connector B30 terminal 12 (B), 13 (W) and ground.
  1. Continuity should not exist.

OK or NG

OK >> GO TO 2.

NG >> Repair harness.
HORIZONTAL SYNCHRONIZATION SIGNAL CHECK
1. Connect AV and NAVI control unit connector and Display connector.
2. Turn ignition switch ON.
3. Check the signal between AV and NAVI control unit harness connector B30 terminals 13 (W) and 14 with CONSULT-II or oscilloscope.
  1. 13 (W) - 14 : Refer to " TERMINALS AND REFERENCE VALUE FOR AV AND NAVI CONTROL UNIT " .
OK or NG

OK >> GO TO 3.

NG >> Replace Display.

RGB AREA SIGNAL CHECK
1. Press "INFO" switch.
2. Check the signal between AV and NAVI control unit harness connector B30 terminals 12 (B) and 14 with CONSULT-II or oscilloscope.
  1. 12 (B) 14 : Refer to " TERMINALS AND REFERENCE VALUE FOR AV AND NAVI CONTROL UNIT " .
OK or NG

OK >> Replace Display.

NG >> Replace AV and NAVI control unit.
