Procedure For Malfunction B

With GST 

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Start engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature.
3. Select MODE 1 with GST.
4. Check the mass air flow sensor signal with MODE 1.
5. Check for linear mass air flow rise in response to increases to about 4, 000 RPM in engine speed.
6. If NG, go to DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE .
