RGB Screen Is Rolling (Excepting NAVI Screen)

  1. CHECK HARNESS 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect display control unit connector and display connector.
    3. Check continuity between display control unit and display.
      HARNESS CHECK CHART (1 OF 2)

      Terminals Continuity
      Display control unit (+) Display (-)
      Connector Terminal (Wire color) Connector Terminal (Wire color)
      M43 56 (G) M38 19 (G) Yes
    4. Check continuity between display control unit and ground.
    HARNESS CHECK CHART (2 OF 2)

    Terminals Continuity
    Display control unit (+) (-)
    Connector Terminal (Wire color)
    M62 56 (G) Ground No

    OK or NG

    1. OK : GO TO 2.
    2. NG : Repair harness or connector.

  2. CHECK RGB SYNCHRONIZING SIGNAL 
    1. Connect display control unit connector and display connector.
    2. Turn ignition switch ON.
    3. Check signal between display connector M38 terminals 19 (G) and 21 with CONSULT-II or oscilloscope.
      1. 19 (G) - 21  : Refer to "TERMINALS AND REFERENCE VALUE FOR DISPLAY  ".

    OK or NG

    1. OK : Replace display.
    2. NG : Replace display control unit.
