Transfer Oil: Replacement: Filling

- Remove filler plug and add gear oil until oil level reaches the specified limit near filler plug mounting hole.
Oil capacity: Approx. 0.31 l (5/8 US pt, 1/2 lmp pt)
CAUTION: Carefully fill the oil. (Fill up for approx. 3 minutes) - Leave the vehicle for 3 minutes, and check the oil level again.
- Apply sealant to filler plug. Install filler plug on transfer and tighten to the specified torque. Refer to
"COMPONENTS ".
- Use Genuine Silicone RTV or equivalent . Refer to "RECOMMENDED CHEMICAL PRODUCTS AND SEALANTS ".
