Code Enable Criteria

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:
- Inconsistencies between main CPU and Watchdog CPU software/calibration will set DTC P0602.
- Inconsistencies between main CPU RAM and Watchdog CPU RAM will set DTC P0604.
