Check for poor connection, rubbed-through wire insulation or a broken wire inside insulation at PCM and throttle valve motor. Inspect harness connectors for backed-out terminals, improper mating, broken locks, improperly formed or damaged terminals, poor terminal-to-wire connection, and damaged harness. Check for objects blocking throttle valve motor or throttle bore. Check for sticking throttle valve. Check for objects blocking APS or pedal arm with spring or excessive deposits on accelerator pedal arm or pedal.
