Transmitter Battery Replacement: Removal

CAUTION:
When replacing the battery, be careful not to lose the components, screws and "O" ring.
CAUTION:
Do not replace battery with wet hands. Water may cause unexpected rust.
CAUTION:
Do not touch or move any components inside of the transmitter, or it may interfere with proper operation. Be careful not to bend the electrode of the battery insertion and that dust or oils do not adhere to the inside of the module.
- Remove the transmitter sub-assembly module set door control. See TRANSMITTER SUB-ASSEMBLY MODULE SET DOOR CONTROL .
- Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 screws and cover. See Fig 1.
- Remove the transmitter battery (lithium battery).
CAUTION:
Do not push the terminals with a finger.
CAUTION:
If prying up the battery (lithium battery) forcibly to remove it, the terminals are deformed.
