With Hand-Held Tester

  1. Connect hand-held tester to (DLC3). See Figure.
  2. Turn ignition switch on.
  3. Read DTCs by following prompts on tester screen. If any DTCs are retrieved, perform appropriate test. See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE DEFINITIONS .
