3. Check Harness For Open Or Short Circuit

- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect combination meter connector M24.
- Check continuity between combination meter harness connector M24 terminal 15 (Y/L) and fuel level sensor unit and fuel pump harness connector C5 terminal 2 (Y/L).
- Continuity should exist.
- Check continuity between fuel level sensor unit and fuel pump harness connector C5 terminal 2 (Y/L) and ground.
- Continuity should not exist.
OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 4.
NG >> Repair harness or connector.
