With CONSULT-II

Perform "POWER BALANCE" in "ACTIVE TEST" mode with CONSULT-II.

Make sure that each circuit produces a momentary engine speed drop.

OK or NG

OK: INSPECTION END
NG: GO TO 11. CHECK CONDENSER CIRCUIT FOR OPEN AND SHORT .
