Fuel Pump Resistance

Remove rear seat cushion. Remove floor service hole cover. Disconnect 5-pin connector from fuel pump and sending unit assembly. Measure resistance between terminals No. 4 and 5 at fuel pump and sending unit 5-pin connector. See Figure. Replace fuel pump if resistance is not 0.2-3.0 ohms at 68°F (20°C).
