Steering Angle Sensor: Removal

Remove the spiral cable. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Remove the screws (A) and release clips (B) to remove the steering angle sensor (1) from spiral cable (2).

CAUTION: In the case that the ABS actuator and electronic unit (control unit) is replaced, make sure to adjust position of steering angle sensor. Refer to ADJUSTMENT OF STEERING ANGLE SENSOR NEUTRAL POSITION .
