- No picture is displayed
- Vehicle position icon constantly leaves road, moves erratically, or is displayed very far from actual vehicle position
- Picture is missing a color or tone or is an odd color
- Picture has lines or rolls
- Interface dial buttons do not work
- GPS icon is white or not shown
- Voice guidance cannot be heard, is broken up, or there is static
- Voice control does not work/respond
- Navigation cannot control HVAC by voice command
- Display day/night mode does not work or does not work properly
- System locks up or freezes constantly
- Vehicle position icon wanders across the map when driving (does not follow a displayed road) or map or vehicle ICON spins
- Navigation system will not accept security code
- Navigation display stays on with the ignition switch in LOCK (0)
- Navigation cannot control audio/disc/rear entertainment
- Navigation cannot control XM radio
- Navigation frequently asks for anti-theft code and/or needs GPS initialization
- Rearview camera image does not come on or work properly
- Rearview camera image does not change
- Traffic or Weather information is not shown on map screen
