Component Function Check

CHECK FUNCTION

CONSULT

Select "DOOR LOCK" of "BCM".
Select "KEY CYL LK-SW" or "KEY CYL UN-SW" in "Data Monitor" mode.
Check that the function operates normally according to the following conditions:

Monitor Item	Condition		Status
KEY CYL LK-SW	Driver side door key cylinder	Lock	ON
KEY CYL LK-SW		Neutral / Unlock	OFF
KEY CYL UN-SW		Unlock	ON
KEY CYL UN-SW		Neutral / Lock	OFF

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Door key cylinder switch is OK.

NO

Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
