Accessory Roof Rails Installation

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

The procedure for the left-hand component is identical to that for the right-hand side. 

1. Remove roof trim. Refer to ROOF TRIM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

1. Remove 6 clamps (1).
2. Remove 3 adhesive pads (2).

3. Insert the gaskets (1) and bolts (2) as depicted.

4. Place and align the accessory roof rails (1).

   NOTE: Damage 
   Risk of damage to vehicle paint work.

   • Mask off/protect paint work appropriately to avoid damage.
5. Tighten 3 bolts (1) evenly.

   Torque: 8 Nm

6. Install 3 cover caps (1).
