Control Unit: Service and Repair

SH-AWD[sup](R)[/sup] Control Unit Replacement

NOTE: The SH-AWD control unit must be initialized after replacement, otherwise the SH-AWD system will not function.

1. Remove the rear side trim panel Interior Trim Removal/Installation - Rear Side Area.

2. Remove the SH-AWD control unit (A).





3. Disconnect the SH-AWD control unit connectors (B).

4. Install the SH-AWD control unit in the reverse order of removal.

5. Do the SH-AWD control unit initialization SH-AWD Control Unit Initialization.
