F2 - Check Wiring Between Wiper Control Module and Motor

^ Measure continuity of circuits 28 (BK/PK) and 56 (DB/O) and between circuits 61 (Y/R) and 63 (R) at wiper control module connector?

^ Is there continuity?

YES -- Service open circuit between wiper control module and wiper motor.

NO -- Go to F3. F3 - Check Wiper Switch
