Headlamp: Service and Repair

Headlamp Assembly









Removal

1. Remove the front bumper cover. For additional information, refer to Bumpers Service and Repair.

2. Remove the rivet push-pin.

3. Remove the 3 bolts and the headlamp assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Installation

1. Connect the electrical connectors and position the headlamp assembly in place.

2. Install the headlamp assembly side bolt.
- Tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).

3. Install the headlamp assembly front bolt.

4. Install the headlamp assembly top bolt.

5. Install the rivet push-pin.

6. Install the front bumper cover. For additional information, refer to Bumpers Service and Repair.
