Center Mounted Brake Lamp: Service and Repair





HIGH-MOUNT BRAKE LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Open the trunk lid.

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Disconnect the high-mount brake light connector shown in the figure.






4. Lift up the high-mount brake light in the direction of the arrow and detach the tabs.






5. Pull the high-mount brake light in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure to detach the hooks and pin.






6. Remove the high-mount brake light.

7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
