Blower Motor Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Disengage the three clips (1) and guide (2) from the lower instrument panel cover.
2. Remove the lower instrument panel cover from the vehicle.




3. Disengage the clamp (4).
4. Remove the PTC quick heater connector screw (2), if equipped.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
6. Remove the three screws (3) and the blower motor assembly (5).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the blower motor assembly (5) to the vehicle. Secure with the three screws (3).
2. Connect the blower motor electrical connector (1).
3. Install the PTC quick heater connector screw (2), if equipped.
4. Engage the clamp (4).




5. Install the lower instrument panel cover to the vehicle.
6. Engage the three clips (1) and guide (2) to the lower instrument panel cover.
