Control Unit Inputs

  1. Power door lock control unit is located under instrument panel, to right of steering column. Turn ignition off. Remove instrument panel lower cover. Unplug control unit 18-pin connector.
  2. Using a DVOM, perform power door lock control unit input tests in Fig 1 . If all input test results are okay, inspect connector and terminals for damage and proper fit. If connector is okay but power door lock still malfunctions, replace power door lock control unit.
