Brake Switch Signal

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 1991 Acura Legend. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Connect ECU tester to ECU main harness; DO NOT  connect tester to ECU. Check voltage between harness terminals D2 (positive) and A26 (negative).
  2. Depress brake pedal. If battery voltage is present, switch is okay. If battery voltage is not present, repair open in Green/White wire and ECU terminal D2.
