July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Starter Field Winding

  1. Check for continuity between brushes. If there's no continuity, replace armature housing.
  2. Check for continuity between each brush and armature housing (ground). See Fig 1 . If continuity exists, replace armature housing.
