Power Steering Pressure Switch: Service and Repair

WARNING: To prevent burns, wait until the engine has cooled down.

1. Remove 2-wire (GRN and BLK wires) connector from Power Steering Pressure (PSP) Switch.
2. Using appropriate tool, remove switch.
3. Before installing new switch, wrap the threads of the sensor with pipe-thread tape.
4. Install switch until it is snug. Do not overtighten.
5. Re-connect 2-wire connector.
6. Start engine and turn steering wheel slightly to check for leaks.
7. Check power steering fluid level and add if necessary.

CAUTION: Use only Honda approved power steering fluid.
