Engine Difficult to Start When Cold

Check in Order Listed:

1. Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Diagnostic Trouble Code ((DTC) 6)
2. Fast Idle Thermo Valve
3. Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor (DTC 3,5)
4. TDC/CKP/CYL Sensor (DTC 4,8,9)
5. Barometric Pressure (BARO) Sensor (DTC 13)
6. Engine Control Module (ECM) in Back Up Mode

Back Up mode used when the MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) is on. Jump the service check connector, if no DTC is displayed
