By-Pass Control Solenoid Valve

When engine RPM is less than 5750 RPM, signal from PCM activates by-pass control solenoid valve and intake air goes through long intake path. When engine speed is more than 5750 RPM, by-pass solenoid valve is shut off and intake air goes through both intake paths.
