Shift Lock Solenoid
- Remove the "E" ring and the solenoid pin. See Fig 1
.
- Remove the self-looking nuts and shift lock solenoid.
- Install the new shift lock solenoid in the reverse order of removal.
- Adjust the position of the shift lock solenoid. See SHIFT LOCK SOLENOID
under COMPONENT TESTS. Test the operation of the shift lock solenoid before installing center console cover.
