July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Motor Test

  1. Remove the door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  2. Disconnect the 4-P connector from the driver's motor.
    3. CAUTION: When the motor stops running, disconnect one lead immediately.
  3. Test the motor by connecting battery power to the No. 4 terminal and ground to the No. 3 terminal. See Fig 1 . Test the motor in each direction, by switching the leads from the battery.
  4. If the motor does not run, replace it.
