Input Tests: Notes

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 14 other vehicles, including the 2005 Acura NSX, 2004 Acura NSX, 2003 Acura NSX-T, 2003 Acura NSX, and 2002 Acura NSX-T. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE: Several different wires have the same color. They have been given a number suffix to distinguish them; YEL1 and YEL2 are not the same.

Remove the left side kick panel cover and the dash relay holder from its bracket. Disconnect the 16-pin connector from the integrated control unit. Remove the integrated control unit from the dash fuse box. Inspect the connector and socket terminals for bending, looseness or and corrosion. Perform the following input tests at the 16 pin harness pins. If all tests prove OK, and the system still falls to work, replace the control unit. For integrated control unit socket and 16-pin connector terminal identification, see Fig 1 and Fig 2 .
