Cold Fast Idle Too Low

Check Idle Air Control (IAC) valve. See DTC P1508 or P1519 in the TESTS W/CODES article.
Check fast idle thermo valve. See procedures in the SYSTEM/COMPONENT TESTS article.
Check idle speed adjustment. See the ADJUSTMENTS article.
Check Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor. See DTC P0111, P0112 or P0113 in the TESTS W/CODES article.
Check air cleaner.
